it didnt fail, it became irrelevant once the comp became national.

sorry, thats the extent of the RL in Australia really. Sure, add the insignificant Storm and Raiders if you want but everyone know that RL is only strong in NSW and QLD, which is why only these states play SOO

As a ****** you didn't fail to deliver in your reply .
You fail at comprehension .

I will explain for the you ,because you're a
**** .
Xman claimed the NRL is locked in only 2 states .
He must be looking at your map where Melb ,Canb Auckland are in Qld or NSW.

He is getting to your levels of stupidity .
That's quite an achievement .

Or is it just an Essingbong fan thing .

not really. Everyone can see SOO is a good product that rates well. We can also see that it turns your NRL competition into a lame duck for weeks on end

SOO does affect the NRL season.. but not completely..

This is on the NRL agenda to be changed in the next tv rights deal.

where it will become a Separate Series to the NRL Season, not affecting the NRL Premiership.

well given the raiders lack a significant following, and, what, 1 NRL player has come from Victoria, its pretty bloody obvious its NSW and QLD

maybe not literally, but certainly from a practical point of view. how many of Australias best RL players come from states outside NSW and QLD?
