The biff in sports, its important.
really? Why do sports have rules to penalise players for such actions? Shits and giggles?
why do sports have rules at all wanker
They are broken in every sporting contest. In all sports
All game
Sheesh

so the biff is important in sport even though players are penalised for doing it? Good logic that :_<>

typical response from a bubble dwelling fumbletard
not in touch with reality
thinks rules should never be broken
rules are made to be broken you gibbering tool
our game isn't played by shirt lifters like yours is
any advantage they can get .. they'll take provided the risk doesn't outway the advantage
NRL players consider that if you need to put one or two on the chin of an opponent who is getting on top of you & annoying you
then do it
but be prepared for the consequences
a penalty minimum & 10 minutes in the bin or sent off
plus a striking charge that could carry further suspension
a game for men is RL
they still act like men
not a pack of neutered nutless sheilas like in the VFL

Oh my, the stupidity is astounding.
Your claim is the NRL actually want players to hit each other but also penalise them for doing so? Sure, why not get the entire team to hit the other then you'll have no match.
Violence outside of the rules is punished by virtually every sport in the world, and thie reason isnt because its an important part of the game

Yes superb point there re reflectin life dave!
The AFL have gone all materialistic on their players. It's making the players kinda pissweak men and additionally they're resorting more and more to dirty dumb tactics to let out the little aggression they have left... It's, well, it's, in a sense what is happening is the AFL as momma, is turning its players into a pack of cheating snooty mommas boys. No. It's not normal at all what's happening there South of the border :-+

Speeding fines are there to discourage speeding, which can be linked to dangerous driving, accidents and injury/death. The laws are there to discourage it and for a good reason. No, we dont have the laws there for fun and secretly like speeding. People who regularly speed shouldnt be on the road.
Similar to unnecessary violence on the sports field. The laws are there to discourage it and for good reason, not secretly encourage it as a good thing for the game or society

and society don't and take your car off you/stop you from doing your job for eight weeks when you get caught speeding now do they. It's maternalistic to the max down at AFL land, they wanna pwotect their widdle babies

RL's policy is much more realistic but the folk at NRL have to be strong on this one and realise the AFL's policies are "but what about the children!" type policies and that they shouldn't be followed at all costs.
nlol listen to us and enter reality bro

if you are caught speeding enough times you lose your licence. In fact if you are caught speeding enough over the limit you lose your licence after one offence.
what the hell are you on about dude?

The AFL smack 8 odd weeks on you for a first offence re biffo. It's unrealistic. Not in sync with society. Sure a Barry hall king hit deserves the book thrown but a bloke throwing a fist after he's been kneed in the nuts cops the same in aflalaland. The policy is so very wrong and clearly developed by dunderheads.
Reality nlol, have a nibble on it why don't ya sometime?

errr if you get caught speeding 150kms/h you lose you licence for 12 months. If you punched someone in the street like hall did, ie unprovoked you'd do more than 8 weeks in jail.
you've lost it

^^^ if you give this guy three bananas at fifty cents a piece and he gives you $5 you could give him 20cents and a freshly picked snotball for change and he'd not have the foggiest he'd been duped.
Reread the posts and use yer brain a lil nlol! Sheesh, join the bloody dots was something I thought we all did in preschool but not this fella apparently.
