What bet? I'm seeing all this talk about a bet and yet I am yet to read it's content or it's acceptance.

Lyingdave made a statement on Friday afternnon about the Newcastle Jets. He said they would be wound up in 7 days.

I called bullshit, and he claimed it was in an article he linked to, again bullshit.

So I challenged him to a bet, stand up for what he said, be a man. If it was true and in 7 days the Jets were wound up, I would leave this site.

If it wasn't true, he would have to.

But so far lyingdave has been too much of a coward to take the bet, but gas spent two days deflecting
