So that footage how many people there, surely you counted them to get the ratio.
Like I sid surveys show that the ratio is on par with NRL, AFL in front, well behind netball

The funny thing was the moderator actually resolved the dispute with that information. I wouldn't call that foolish at all because it backed me up.

Theres little data on women watching sport in Australia, all I could quickly find was a 2009 ABS Survey
2009 ABS Survey puts soccer last incidentally. (This appears to be the latest edition as the 2012 survey quotes the 2009 one)

Australian Rules football - 1,011,000 at a 12.8% attendace rate
League - 542,600 @ 6.7
Union - 232,400 @ 2.9
Soccer - 212,200 @ 2.6
The 2012 ABS Yearbook quotes the same survey but puts soccer behind the AFL, League, Motor Sport and Horse racing, but ahead of Union and Cricket.

Don't count your chickens before they hatch. There's an old saying. "You can make statistics prove anything you like". That's why I'm not a fan of general stats. Specifically targeted stats on the other hand......

skinny men writhing round in agony after being brushed by another man's long shiny hair while in the heat of competition is something which women oppose physiologically, morally, aesthetically, historically, instinctively, genealogically annnnd sexually!
It might be consciously or unconsciously that women have these feelings, but I can assure you they do have em!
It's just not attractive to women, never has been.
