According to the moderator I don't have to. You have to prove I'm wrong.

bhaaaaaaa old pork chop losing the plot .post_hoc wrote:Hilarious, survey show female prescence at football matches are on par with Rugby League matches but behind AFL.
So as NRL matches have such low attendances more women go to A League matches.
thought you said those roy morgan poles were somewhat misleading & only represent a small percentage of the actual population, or something along similar linesThe_Wookie wrote:Both of you shut the fuck up and post something substantial for once in your goddamn lives. Theres little data on women watching sport in Australia, all I could quickly find was a 2009 ABS Survey
2009 ABS Survey puts soccer last incidentally. (This appears to be the latest edition as the 2012 survey quotes the 2009 one)
http://www.abs.gov.au/AUSSTATS/abs@.nsf ... May%202009
Australian Rules football - 1,011,000 at a 12.8% attendace rate
League - 542,600 @ 6.7
Union - 232,400 @ 2.9
Soccer - 212,200 @ 2.6
The 2012 ABS Yearbook quotes the same survey but puts soccer behind the AFL, League, Motor Sport and Horse racing, but ahead of Union and Cricket.

For others, Roy Morgan polling showed women prefer to watch Tennis, AFL, Melbourne Cup, Cricket, NRL.

And thats how you contribute constructively to a fucking conversation.
the Staff at Roy Morgan, should do a poll of all the codes fans, which code had fans who thought the mullet or rats tail was still fashionable & who has the most unemployed fans!AFLcrap1 wrote:Only correcting him with facts Wookie .
Don't count your chickens before they hatch. There's an old saying. "You can make statistics prove anything you like". That's why I'm not a fan of general stats. Specifically targeted stats on the other hand......leagueiscrap wrote:the Staff at Roy Morgan, should do a poll of all the codes fans, which code had fans who thought the mullet or rats tail was still fashionable & who has the most unemployed fans!AFLcrap1 wrote:Only correcting him with facts Wookie .
the NRL would at least win one survey that way
No probs there wookie, however the original title was not at all angled to make fun of mental illness. No instead it was a reference to the need for sydfc fans to be locked up. They clearly have quite severe issues....and don't Australias women know it!!! :_<>The_Wookie wrote:Incidentally, I changed the title. We dont make fun of mental illness here.
