You guys would know, all bar 3 or 4 of your clubs usually have less than 5 figure averages year after year no matter where they are on the ladder, the only reason the others have over 5 figure averages is because those teams are always fighting it out at the top.

So from this we have gathered that hardly any teams get 5 figure crowds for the sokka and no team averages 5 figures on TV.

Down down down.

poor raiderdave, only 104,000 playing your meaningless sport.

With such low numbers playing league at least the women will be safe from abuse.

Well, I'm sorry but i tend to disagree with your statement there dave. Before recently i dont think we could easily comprehend that sooker can be less relevant than womens cricket in Australia...but! low and behold.... it was

I think we need to recheck our understanding of 'less relevant' in this case because i think we havent yet truly comprehended how irrelevant sooker can go. Sports such as bird gazing, crab racing, pigeon homing and orienteering as well as activities such as adult nappy wearing, serial killing and dirt eating have all NOT YET come into the discourse or equation when we measure and compare sookers relevance in this country. Quite simply I dont think we are yet privy as to really just how irrelevant the sookers code is in this country.

We do know there is a continual sliding of the sookerwho's world ratings which indicates a lack of taking the code serious by our grass roots institutions, a significant increase in cops attending games and a national mens league which is copping shelackings in the ratings by our womens cricketing teams.

But are more aussies interested in orienteering or the other sports and activities ive listed? Do more aussies give orienteering more cred than they do sooker?

I think orienteering commands much more cred than sooker in australia, mainly because of the sooking male players who play the sport and the wankers in the crowd who attend the sport. So really what im saying/asking here is, lets broaden our horizons as to how irrelevant sooker is in this country.

Thanks guys. :)

How on earth are they permitted to get away with that??

Perhaps a review of all attendances at all venues for all sports should be ordered.
Oh no no no
The VFL wouldnt allow that

Some Midgets crowds would be in the hundred's 8-[
Of course they are when you consider they have to compete with the AFL for the game's revenue on match day.

Did he not speak of the VFL? How therefore did my response have nothing to do with what he said?

Yes, it is a ****** league because it's majority reserve grade football.
