When the AFL plays at ANZ the stadium only holds 73,000, the swans got that crowd at least 3-4 times in the early 00's. I went to the Preliminary Final when my lions played them in 03 & it was absolutely packed.

You claimed 2 weeks ago that Aflol got a bigger crowd than

Obviously it still holds 81,500 but for around 8,000 of those seats u cannot see the field so why would anyone want to sit in them!!! Geez some people

I'm not arguing about the swans at anz, I know they got 72k back in the mid 2000's, and the other guys are right, it was not full.
Still a decent crowd tho, took a team called Parramatta to beat that crowd.

Yes they used to get very good crowds not sure why they don't anymore!? I guess people are just sick of ANZ stadium hence why the swans are moving back to SCG for every game
