Is a bit rich comming from AFL fans when it is alleged that there has been a huge cover up by the AFL with all your Essendon drug cheats.
NRL has been more transparent with Cronulla than you lot seem to be. Cronulla has accepted their punishment, while Essendon and AFL are still being investigated.

At least the NRL is willing to punish clubs that do the wrong thing.

Transplanted Melb team in Syd is 900 k over the cap.
No penalties as the comp is rigged.

a big cover up
that was found to be crap, in Essendon's appeal case in the federal court :)))
Cronulla doesn't have the money, to appeal anything!
it took them nearly 2 years to find a sponsor for their jumper FFS

Cronulla is fine, they are expected to profit massively from property developments and they don't need to go and play in two cities all the time like a lot of your struggling AFL clubs like GWS and St Kilda.

As for Essendon do you seriously think Asada is finished with them??? Is not over by a long shot, why do you think you AFL ceo quit early??? He knew it was going to be a big headache for AFL... Asada is still chasing them and said they won't be lenient. Looks like more trouble for AFL lol

nice deflection
so you need to see some annual reports, for money flow for the sharks & some of minnows AFL clubs like st kilda?
the saints make more than twice the money through football operations than the sharks.
you need at least $30 million to run a AFL club
and around $12 to $15 million for an NRL side.

still most of the NRL clubs can't break even

if you want to keep banging on about asada start up a new thread

when the primary revenue source for nrl clubs is the grant they receive from the nrl, that's when you know they're going nowhere

When a sport can't even get television coverage for their world cup, that is when you know a sport is going nowhere... yep that's AFL :drunk:

When a sport can't even get another country to play them, you know the sport is terrible... Yep that's AFL =D>

When a sport gets more people watching second division rugby league in QLD than their first grade matches on tv... Yep that's AFL :(/

The revenue makes your argument even funnier :_<>

All this money and still AFL fails lol!!!!
AFL probably put 20 times the money for GWS as the A league put into the Wanderers and yet AFL is still getting flogged by a newer club =D>

AFL threw all that extra money in promotion that the NRL does'nt have for the AFL grand final and yet the NRL still smashed AFL in the grand final tv ratings

AFL spent millions stealing Israel from NRL and he still left for less money mid contract =D>

the AFL failes in what?
the NRL pumps millions in to its clubs every year. even the titans :)))
the titans are $25 million in debt
couldn't make payments on the rent to their admin center, after the NRL payed their rent the year before.
the titans in their own so called heartland :)))
now they are off back to school, to bully some kids to use the oval & gym equipment!

:blahblah: :blahblah: :blahblah: :blahblah: ratings
go and read about the rating system & about the 5000 rating boxes!
is that why the AFL got a bigger broadcast deal! is that that why they make more money than the NRL.

i read an article today that the storm's grant from the nrl is $2.5m more than the sydney clubs

man, people were crying foul about some cola allowance for the swans in the AFL, and the wsw getting extra visa spots for foreign players...but $2.5m???? what the fook? that's $2.5m extra for every year of their existence...$50m over 20 years in free grants that the other clubs aren't entitled to
