Well firstly that wasn't the question deflection dave.

But secondly, with the exception of league is crap, I don't think swans does . Actually he and I both don't mind the game. AFL crap seems to spend his day googling or thinking about AFL ...

Yep, so, as I said. You would of expected them to lose a bit of direction and at least compete with a struggling side like the lions. Not struggle to beat gws. I have heard in hear thousand times that they a good side worthy or going to make the finals. Yet without him they are beaten by the same margin that they beat brisbane by last time
There have been many upsets in the AFL this season. Last just beat 2nd, last week ffs!

Young teams always struggle towards the end of the season. Happens every year

seriously
is there a bigger sport then the AFL :(/ :(/ :(/ :(/ :(/
No, not in Australia :\:

Maybe I was wrong.
Is this team One of the "Special needs" Clubs?.

That is a club that AFL house will move Heaven & Earth to make sure is successful.
One of the chosen few that benefit from EXTRA everything ,
Funny how its non heartland clubs that get the "Legalised Cheating" benefits from AFL house,& all to the detriment of long established heartland clubs.

So maybe they didn't tank.....I suppose you don't have to when you are already getting the Extras that most other clubs don't get.
What a fair & equitable comp you follow.
It doesn't matter what the AFL or anyone else wanted. You can't pack a club full of kids and expect them to be a finals contender before theyve matured. The loss of senior players makes a massive difference to on field leadership. They'll dominate for years, but not until they're ready.

Of course it's not a coincidence that expansion clubs get an advantage. The "go home" factor has drawn many a player back to their home state to be with their friends and family. It's not cheating to help expansion teams keep players, it's levelling the playing field.

Theyre an expansion team because they play in a small expansion state. The number of players from NSW is small compared to the heartland AFL States. There are always a proportion of players who want to return home, and when the majority of your players are from interstate this becomes a serious issue.

Oh here we go... The emoticons or whatever they are called. Next will be personal insults ... Usually happens when they can't make any sensible comment. Either Sydney is still in an expansion market or they are not. If not then AFL must be a major sport there ???

Seriously, why do the likes of dave and crap care so passionately. Rather than talk up nrl they need to constantly try and put AFL down as if this somehow makes the nrl look better.

I just don't know why it is such an obsession. Sure have a bit of fun a bit of banter ... But to take things to heart as they do ... I feel sorry for them really.
