Hopefully you can lift the tone a bit.
cheers mate ill do my best
soccer is every one's favorite sport when Australia are playing, but the A league not so much
now so with the world cup on it is.
perhaps you sydneyfc can inform the bumsniffers what a proper world cup actually is?
for the last world cup over half of the players playing in it where based in Australia not including the ones based in the Australian camp
the rules for a player to play in a represtitive country, a player could set up a postal box or go on a holiday there, then qualifies to play for that country
out of the last 11 world cups Australia has won the last 10 of them with New zealand winning the other one, Australia won the last one & still with over half of the players in the world cup being Australlian
go the world game of league

couldn't agree more, i made a post about it on another forum subsection on here. i find it utterly cringeworthy that they actually think they're world champions of a sport that is only played on the eastern coast of Australia, tiny parts of NZ, some islands in the pacific with populations varying from 20,000-100,000, 1 city in france and in backwater northern cities in the UK.
:
well
that's better then being the champions of nothing & no one
like our little singlet wearing fumblers
they're greatest honour is to stand under a picture of a four & twenty sausage roll

:_<> :_<> :_<> :_<> :_<>
it is indeed
the worlds tiniest sport

its funny dave, AFL is the 4th highest attended sport on average in the world,!!
& yet
more Australians watch Rugby League
that is all we need to consider here

how is it a lie, idiot dave, when most of Australia agree with me.
SOO is proof, so many people barrack for their state for SOO, then where does the interest go in league

:_<> :_<> :_<>
they go back to watching their clubs cockhead
& they all help Rugby League become the nations most watched sport ... year ... after year ... after year

what the small few who are actually fans of league
ii see the canberra, pension & taxpayer money raiders picked up a few extra fans in last nights game, a whole 10k show up

up from their usual 8k or 9k or are they up their usual fudging of the figures again?
the small few
that outnumber fumbles & feebles fans

Why would they put a team in Canberra.
According to VicTaaaaaardian/AFL logic,Canberra already have a Soccer team .
West Sydney Wanderers.
Canberra is part of WS :_<> :_<> :_<> :_<> :_<> :_<> :_<> :_<> :_<> :_<> :_<>

second time lucky? maybe because their is a proper ruling body that runs the sport now? canberra has never had a professional soccer team before. only team(s) in the semi-pro NSL
by the same token why would the nrl, if they are even thinking about it, go back to adelaide and perth? because things change over time and the people that run the sport learn from their mistakes in the past
the socceroos play in canberra every now and then too - so there is some interest there. for the people that are "in the know" the 3 main places of interest would be north queensland again, wollongong and canberra

Oh, Perth has an u18's side that is playing in the nsw cup waiting till they get the green light to join the NRL.
Don't care about SA atm because there are bigger fish to fry.
I live in the gong and this is probably the only other place in NSW/ACT that could have a team.
QLD failed with their expansion soccer teams.

qld sure did but they'll be ready to try it again. the owners of the fury were incredibly naive while clive palmer and gold coast united were incompetent and didn't know how to market his club. funny thing is that now that he's basically a celeb-politician, if he had a team right now it'd probably be the talk of the town
the a-league will be back in those cities in the future, cant put a date on it but they will with better people in charge than in the past

like the NRL clubs
should have died years ago, but they didn't thanks to POKES
dont worry about growing the game! just grow the number of pokes you own
NRL style

At least the NRL has clubs in places like Canberra, North Qld, Newcastle and Wollongong, when the fuck is your mob going to put teams in these places and actually go head to head?
Never you spanker, that's when.
