I seriously doubt this, because I do not believe that you will leave and neither will King Eliagh or Raiderdave at least from the NRL side.

Now shall we get back to the subject?

SiN Feature: Tinkler's liquidators get personal
THE spectre of bankruptcy looms over Nathan Tinkler after lawyers probing the failure of the coal baron’s Mulsanne Resources switched the focus to his personal finances and the family trust controlled by his wife.

Robert Newlinds SC, conducting a public examination on behalf of Mulsane’s liquidators, told the court last Friday that Tinkler declared taxable income for the financial year to June 30, 2011 of $9,834.00.

Former big shot Tinkler to face NSW corruption inquiry

'Who is ICAC?" former billionaire coalminer Nathan Tinkler texted his employee Darren Williams in April last year on learning that an investigator from the corruption watchdog had visited his offices.
If he did not know then, Tinkler certainly knows now. He will be one of the most watched witnesses to appear before the NSW Independent Commission Against Corruption as it continues with its sensational Operation Spicer inquiry, which is lifting the lid on the realpolitik of political donations.

NATHAN Tinkler has been issued with an ultimatum to walk away from the Newcastle Knights or risk the club’s ownership battle being destined for the courts.
After eight weeks of failed peace talks with the NRL, the Knights Members Club has lost patience with the Hunter Sports Group.
Tinkler has been given until the end of this week to sign a $10.52 million bank guarantee which allows the Members Club to start the process of buying the club back for $1.
If Tinkler fails to do so, then the Knights are headed for the courts in an ownership battle guaranteed to be very ugly and very public.
“We’re calling on the Hunter Sports Group to honour their obligations to the club and community by transferring the assets, including the bank guarantee,” Members Club chairman Nick Dan said.

so he is busy buying coal mines with other people money, he has nothing to pay the employees of his current company :thumbleft:
tinkler is nothing more than a ******** bogan version of clive palmer

Wrong. AFL good and bad. NRL good and bad.

Also, that story proves nothing. If it proves something please tell us what it is.

It proves that Tinkler doesn't care about the Knights, Cracker. The man is in big trouble if ICAC is after him. The purchase of the coal mine was an act of desperation in a section of the mining industry that could well be doomed if someone will get off their rear ends and get the wind turbines and solar panels into the electricity grid en masse!

I love this. Private ownership was dumped by the AFL a long time ago after the Edelsten and Skase experiences. The NRL should do the the same thing, although I don't really care personally! For me, the sooner thugby collapses the better!

No, TLPG, the sooner rugby league starts fighting back the better. Both codes need to compete with each other for crowds and ratings for the betterment of both games. If one collapses, the other will slacken off.

Oh no fricking way, Cracker! Without RL in the way AFL will take over the country!

NRLC would be right, except I'm a lot more worried about soccer. I have my fingers crossed that we fail big time in Brazil. Then we're a chance for a takeover!

I disagree, TLPG, because the A League is not on the same competition level as either the AFL or the NRL. They don't have a heartland as such and rely more than not in my opinion on immigrant backgrounds from mainland Europe and South East Asia. I don't consider them to be a threat, although a good performance in Brazil may change that,

Alright, alright, calm down.

You lot, along with many others suggested Cracker be given a go as mod after Xman departed and no one else was willing to take on the role. How about you give him a chance or at the very least offer contructive suggestions on how to "fix this shit up"

Again, why can't people in here stick to fighting about the footy codes without taking things so personally?
