now that's the pot calling the kettle black, you have never backed up a claim with any proof in your life, is crying foul and calling someone else a liar and demanding proofRaiderdave wrote:cos789 wrote:Heavily promoted on channel 9 and AM radio.The_Wookie wrote:Im also told that this wasnt promoted at allcos789 wrote:This game was heavily promoted in Perth as the clash of two premier teams.
Novelty factor definitely waning.

Short memory. I was challenged on AF being played in NZ and provided the link that verified the fact.adamj1300 wrote:you have never backed up a claim with any proof in your life,
Cos789, that was meant for failuredaveraider, he has never backed up a claim.cos789 wrote:Short memory. I was challenged on AF being played in NZ and provided the link that verified the fact.adamj1300 wrote:you have never backed up a claim with any proof in your life,

Not impossible, but certainly not within the reach of the usual searches.Cracker wrote:Question. How does one prove heavy promotion existed on television and radio?
Answer. It's impossible.
Have you got examples of promotion of this game you could show us?cos789 wrote:Not impossible, but certainly not within the reach of the usual searches.Cracker wrote:Question. How does one prove heavy promotion existed on television and radio?
Answer. It's impossible.
Virtually impossible to proove that there was no promotion.
Is the nrl so inept that it would host a game without substantial promotion?
I only saw references to the game on ch9 which is par for course for Perth and rl.
Personally I think its an excuse anyway. Theyve had a match in Perth for a few years now so Perths RL fans would be expecting another this year. If they missed it they obviously werent that interested.cos789 wrote:No,
Why would I record nrl promotions on TV?
Look I'm quite happy to run with the alternative, that being the nrl are complete idiots and there was no promotion.
So what's it to be?
The game was a dismal failure or the nrl are complete idiots?
there would be some form of promotion by the NRL at least. they have been promoting the crap out the League & indiviaual cames in Qld and Melbourne all yearcos789 wrote:Not impossible, but certainly not within the reach of the usual searches.Cracker wrote:Question.
