No you are running away from my request for proof that the Titans specifically have fudged their figures. The question you speak of does not apply to this thread.

It's undisputed that the titties have fudged their figures.
We all know that.
It's common knowledge.

No it's not. If it's common knowledge in 2014 there will be online proof, unlike the early 1990's when there was no internet.

Average Attendance 2013
Collingwood 55k,
Carlton 44k,
WB - 23k
St.K 28.8k
Melb 24.9k

Only Collingwood and Carlton have played in 2014 so far - so are you stupid or just plain mistaken?
Either way you have little in the way of a point!!!
NRL average would LOVE to have those figures!

It is indeed common knowledge. We had many threads and discussions about this very issue here last year.
The 95-page government report, detailing the activities of Queensland's nine big sporting stadiums for the 2009-10 financial year, showed:

* None of the Titans' home crowds announced at 14 games matched the attendances printed in the annual report.

* Thirteen of Gold Coast's 14 games featured inflated attendances.

* The greatest discrepancy was an extra 2209 fans for the Titans' home clash against Newcastle Knights last year.

In the 12-month period, the Titans' total crowds for their 14 home games, according to the annual report, was 237,527.

Yet the club's total attendances based on game-day announcements was 251,324.

The extra 13,979 spectators equates to a beefed-up attendance of nearly 1000 fans, on average, per home game.

On five occasions, the Titans' game-day crowd announcement exceeded the relevant annual report figure by more than 1500 fans.

I was there. Were you?

The crowd announced looked about right if you ask me. Many fans were in standing room areas sheltering from the massive storm that hit. I also witnessed many poor fans fans heading home drenched during the extended qtr time break as a result of the freak storm that hit the ground.

Do you have basic comprehension skills.?

You want me to take you seriously based on your observations from the couch. I was there. You weren't. Crowd figure looked about right from my view at the actual game.
