On the contrary it can be defamatory. You personally may not see an issue, but that's you. Confidence in one's sexuality is irrelevant when damage can be done to one's reputation. It's basic law that a friend of mine faced when he sued for the same thing and won. And there are apparently many precedents also.

TLPG's credibility has fallen a little with this action he claims to have taken. NRLCrap1 was right. ASADA wouldn't worry about a small forum such as this. Whether or not there was interference will not really be known until ASADA present their report.

I'm not certain, but I think there is a difference between an individual and a corporation with regard to damage. I obviously can't comment on company damage, and I can only go on my friend's case with the individual damage.
