AFL doesn't manipulate any figures. You are a slandering wad of glue trying to stick to whatever you don't like.

I thought that straight out lying to a senate committee was a fair effort.

http://www.aph.gov.au/binaries/senate/c ... rt/c02.pdf
We looked at the absolute size of the Western Sydney market and the need
for the AFL to have a presence in a market that has the second strongest
growing LGA in Australia. Blacktown and Baulkham Hills have significant
support from migrant groups ... We are very aware of our challenges in
growing that market, and ultimately we need an AFL franchise to continue
the work we are doing at the base. The participation in the greater west of

Sydney was of the order of 20,000 participants in 2008.
We continue to
invest in that region and are building a base to be a team at the top.46
2.53 The committee requested that the AFL provide statistics on participation
levels in Western Sydney
, the Gold Coast and Tasmania, including the proportion of
participants made up of the Auskick program. Unfortunately, the AFL only provided
the committee with figures for the entire NSW/ACT region, rather than Western
Sydney alone. They are included in Appendix 3. These statistics are not helpful in
assessing meaningful participation in the code in that area as they include far Western
NSW, the Riverina, Canberra and the far South Coast of NSW, where Australian
Rules football enjoys strong support and well established club competitions exist.
2.54 Information on the public record, attributed to the New South Wales Minister
for Sport suggests that actual participation in Western Sydney is fewer than 3,000.

Only added 17K ..
Fucking couldn't lie straight in bed this mob.
If they are prepared to lie to a senate committee ,then they have no qualms telling whoppers to anyone.

& Crapper this is called a cource.NOt WIKI,Not hearsay or bullshit from AFL house ,but an actual transcript record of a Senate Enquiry.
& guess what ..They fucking lied through their teeth .

New South Wales Minister's figures were limited and didn't include school participation or Auskick.

End of.

school participation is usually BS unless you're playing for your school.

And if you can include Auskick (no tackling) we can include touch footy and smash your sorry ass.

Proof.
Or is that just more delusion on your part.
I have posted proof o the lies.
& II would bet that Ausfumble was included BECAUSE.

The magic AFL word

Sydney was of the order of 20,000 participants in 2008.

Not registered players ,but the word they use to include everyone.

So either put up(which you cant),or get laughed at ,& accept that the mob who run your sport continually lie about numbers & they don't care who they lie to.

So a on record transcript of a senate hearing is not proof.

I told you the evidence was wrong and how and you wouldn't believe it. Your problem, not mine. It's the word of one mob against another and there's no smoking gun so there's no proof.

Proof source.
& the voices in your head are not a credible source.

You cant can you .
Bhaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.

Go on say it .
I hate the truth & I will make up some crap & expect people to believe it.
Even if I don't have any way of backing my claim up.

You should step out of the DERPball bubble & try living in the real world.

& just to prove it .

Ausfumble kids = Participants....

Numbers in WS..
AFL 20 K Participants..LIE

Senate committee 3k Participants..

So not registered players..they used Participants..

There ends todays lesson of " dealing with reality "

Not a lie. Senate Committee believed someone else for their own reasons. Not proof.

Have you ever lived in the real world.
An on record senate enquiry is wrong according to you .
Yet where is the proof ,besides the voices in your head.
You have not shown one shred of evidence to refute what I posted..

You have as much credibility as International AFL ..Fucking NONE

funny you say that 1000 is good, because after Lebanon entered the RLWC 2000 with a team full of aussies with lebanese heritage the sport grew as a result of increased exposure and some TV deals there too. AND 1000 registered players.
