He's going to GWS.
Ah no, Sydney bound
Is he a good player pHyR3? Google some of his work

Probably the biggest AFL highlights package i've every watched, 7 minutes. He's pretty decent, is he the best? Doesnt seem that AFL is as conducive to brilliance as NRL though to be honest, he's got a nice step, good kicker, and decent in the air but in comparison to Barba's efforts, Simona's, Nofoaluma's, Inglis. i dunno, seems kind of the same old to me.
the brilliance of the NRL
what run forward, throw ball side ways, do it 6 times, then oppositions turn

Your not seriously comparing the skill set of people that throw the ball to someone who, kicks the ball, marks the ball,
can bounce the ball and hand pass the ball 30 meters?
WOAH?! bounce the ball???? step backkkkk

find me anything that matches this, i was looking through AFL highlights yesterday with a friend and we couldn't find anything. A couple of steps which were good, some of the marks were decent too but nothing like in NRL.
You ever bounced an oval ball while running?
NRLs main skill is tackling and evading tackles, yet their opponent is always directly in front of them. Their kicking is primitive at best and only performed by a handful of players, and their catching is lower skilled than netball who at least have an opponent to compete with.
Buddy alone could out catch, out run, and out kick all of them, and he's a key forward at 196cm, hence he is such a quality player.

Why?
Skill is usually defined as some refined ability.
AFL has a lot of skills to acquire plus some abilities.
NRL is definitely less skilled but that is not downplay you must have certain abilities
(plus the skill to count to six).

Yeah, I saw that in one of the highlight reels. Is that the best you've got? It was good, of course, but that was one of the few acts of brilliance and skill I saw.
Try, Koroibete or Tim Simona.
(i'm probably gonna be biased and link wests tigers stuff even though we came 2nd last)

Agree, buddy going to swans will hardly make a dent in the media in Sydney ... Like there is no way it would get a front or back page mention in the major papers ... Especially being grand final week ... Going on prove me wrong !!!!'

yea not gonna lie, liek i've said id never heard of buddy before this week. Never heard of motlop or jetta or anyone....ever. I can name 2 AFL players, Adam Goodes and Buddy. AFL has very little hold in NSW or QLD just like league has little hold in Vic or SA or WA.
I doubt any of you could name many nrl players either, smith, slater and cronk i'm guessing.

Michael Long in the 1993 AFL GF?
Swans4Ever, it's the now that's the issue. You can't project the future and the AFL won't let them. The AFL is investigating, and I'm predicting they'll veto the deal.

Mummy to GWS today, Collingwood to get White after they settle the issue with Daisy - Buddy looked pretty happy coming out of AFL HQ today - I think the deal will be done it will just be a matter of what Hawks do.
