really why not Raiderdave, doesn't the Headquarters at the NRL hand out licenses with terms and conditions of being part of the League,
the sharks have no future, no fans, embroiled in the drugs sage, 13 million of debt, bigger their operationg budget of one of the lowest in the league including its leagues club & still cant find a sponsor, eg they are living on hand outs on life support, but like true nrl fans, living in a bubble, thinking nothing is wrong everything is perfect.
the League could revoke their license in a matter of moments

Or change the terms of said license to include a compulsory change of home.
