1) Digital channel viewer pool v main channel viewer pool
2) STV penetration in Sydney being higher than any other state
3) Sydney viewers having more interest in a Swans game than non-swans games.

If you really think only 14.5 thousand (up, I notice, from your previous guess) watched the game in Sydney on Fox, you're overestimating the interest in this game from non geelong and swans fans. the last game between two victorian teams on friday night had only 270k on fox. This week we get 300k on fox, because you have additional interest from sydney fox viewers, of which there are a high number. Last week a WA team is involved, and ratings on pay again increase, as it brought in additional WA viewers.

But again, all this doesn't matter, as you've ONCE AGAIN, disproven your own OP.

Swans game in Sydney: 36k + 14.5k = 50.5k
Entire sport of rugby league in Melbourne: 40k
