Nice theory if the game lasted 40 minutes

Storm are bankrolled by News and have reamed the NRL for over a decade now

the Storm spent 1.5 million more then it was allowed to
they had 2 titles taken off it
& had to pay every cent back in fines

SWines ... allowed to spend more on its salary cap then anyone else .... for 3 fucking decades now
thats

30 million more then its rivals
& they get a pat on the back

VFL fans ... dumbest fucks on the planet

One glance at the NRL ladder provides all the evidence you need to deduce that this year’s competition has a bit of an issue.

While it’s important not to get too carried away after just six rounds of football, it’s equally worth noting that the competition seems a bit lopsided this season. And that’s before I even mention that I can’t see anyone taking the premiership away from the Melbourne Storm unless the club suffers some notable injuries.

Though I appreciate that it’s far too early in the season to making such a drastic call, the truth is that the rest of the clubs are not in the Storm’s class, and if the boys from Melbourne play to their potential, everyone else is competing for second place.

In fact most of the teams already outside the eight have shown very little to suggest they’re worthy of making the finals, or that they will be little else but week one fodder if they do.

apparently the AFL is an uneven comp, well thats what Raiderdave, cockKing-Eliagh have been attempting to argue

there are around 3 teams that we know wont play finals, The Demons, Giants & Suns. with the last 2 in their second and third year in the comp.
their is no clear dominate team at top of the ladder & an open finals race for the final 8. almost an equal competition as you can get
Great thread champion, are you a RL fan? Did you do any research before posting this nonsense or are you just trying to deflect from the whooping in KE options for a lopsided competition thread. So RL is uneven hey, ask the tipping comps about that one. Here are some interesting facts you might want to consider before posting nonsense again:
- We are in round 6, you are 3 rounds in and predictable already
- After 3 rounds of NRL
- 2 teams were 3 from 3
- 6 Teams were 2 from 3
- 6 Teams were 1 from 3
- 2 Teams had not won a game
- After 4 rounds every team had won a game
Some other facts for you after round 6
- Last years grandfinalist, much to ny disgrace, are coming last and have only lost by a try too the teams coming 1st and 2nd
- Second last is the side that was in the grandfinal the year before and their only win this year has been against one of the season openers competition favourite, but mind you they have only lost the last two weeks to second place rabbitohs by 2 points and by 1 try to the raiders who have won 3 from their last 4 games
- over the last 4 rounds, 1st placed melbourne have won by an average of 7.75 or just over 1 try
- equal 2nd placed Manly only just beat 10th placed sharks on the weekend
- Dragons went from a 0 from 3 record, to a 3 from 6 record, beating the 5th placed knights (for only the knights second loss this year)
- both broncos and Canberra have gone from a 1 from 3 record, to a 3 from 6 record , with Broncos only loss at the hands of Melb by 1 try and the raider inflicting rooster 2 loss for the year
- All teams have won a game in our competition and had done so by round 4, you think the AFL is going to achievve that, All the tops side are playing this weekend and all the div 2 AFL sides are playing this weekend, so maybe
- there is only 3 teams that have only won 1 game from 6 in the NRL and that includes the 2 team that have been in the Grand final in the last in the last two years
- the 3rd team was close against equal 2nd team rabbitohs in round 5 and lost by 1 goal last weekend to 5th placed newcastle
- 4 of the 8 sides which finished in the bottom 8 last year are in the top 8 this year and it is round 6

AFL on the other hand, same sides at the bottom of the comp and top of the comp as last year
- 7 out of of the 10 side which finish the 2012 year out of the 8 are still out of the 8 and it is only round 3
Of the 3 sides that are now in the 8
- Port Adel have played last and second last and Adelaide are the only side that made the 8 last year, this year all sides they have beat are not in the bottom 8
- Richmond, have won all three games against side that finished outside the 8 last year, and are outside the 8 this year
- Essenden, appear to have a little bit of credit to their wins at least, beating a bottom 8 side so far this year (but where last year in the top 8), beating Melbourne who I could even get a run with and fremantle

I don't think I would starting threads like this without doing some research in the future [-X

There's only been three rounds ??? Surely we can't draw too much from anything can we? I think both comps do okay. AFL has two newish teams ... Suns are improving very much this year but still the variables of the draw make it difficult to draw conclusions this early in. Can I suggest the tips of those people who say games are easy to pick ??
