There is no need to break anything, if the Dragons can get Mark Gasnier back from french rah rah and give him $55,000 for the first year and then back end it, other teams should be able to do the same thing for players coming from other sports.

If Parra can't get him because of the cap, I know a few players they can let go of for a start to help fit him in.

As for the comment about being a hypocrite, well yeah, you may have a point if it was happening all the time for certain clubs year after year, but it isn't and if something does happen, Parramattas cap for the following year would be lower, how is that the same as the Vfl giving out millions to these non lol footy states'year after year after year after year?
