Oh Dave! Need you be so crude?

The last deal heavily favoured the AFL. Even most NRL fans believe they'll get less than the AFL!

Stop being yourself, stupid!

The last deal was for a reason, not just dumb luck. The new one will reflect the advantage the AFL have because of its national appeal. The NRL is relevant to 2 states only

the old NRL deal was an anomaly ... a circumstantial situation as a result mainly of the superleague war
completely undervalued

we won't miss out this time
if we don't beat the VFL deal.... we'll go very close

& the deal after this one

WILL be the biggest in Aust Sport .... bar none
NRL .. KING

If the NRL was tv king it would be paid as such. It isn't and almost everyone thinks it still won't. That indicates which sport is king!

Correction, it's crap live because little if any action happens, so people prefer it on TV. It goes for less time so it doesn't suffer from averaging. If it was a better sport people would go and soak up the atmosphere. We both know they don't.

It won't beat the current AFL deal. Why would tv networks pay equal amount for 16hrs of NRL which rates in two states compared to 27 hours of AFL which rates well in 3 states plus some in 2 othere? Youre deluded.
