AFL Myth 97 indigenous players and the AFL. Well here is some late breaking news "the majority of aboriginal people in this country live in NSW and QLD and thus they play rugby league and too a lesser degree union" You might have noticed Thurston,Inglis and Thaiday in the Australian team - that's right a national team - that won the Four Nations in Britain.

Somehow Topper "thinks" the AFL has done better. Thinking or should i say dreaming as opposed to facts and data seems to be an AFL specialty. "We think we are the best therefor we are"

What Australian team?...oh you mean the one made up of Qld and NSW...pfft

Well I guess you might like to disregard/ to disrespect say the Socceroos as they are really the Sydneyroos or the Wallabies who are NSW/QLD or the Dolphins who are essentially NSW/QLD. So the AFL supporters get to determine what is an Australian team do they? Is there no end to this arrogance?

Have no time for wogball and the glorified actors who fake injuries on the field.

The AFL has done better. Stop lying. The majority of Aborigines were born in the Northern Territory. Those that moved to New South Wales and Queensland have been neglected in the sporting sense by the NRL. It's a bad idea to claim the NRL has claimed things when the numbers that play in the NRL don't reflect in percentage terms. Three Aborigines in a Kangaroos jersey is rubbish. It should be half the team, if the NRL was seriously making a difference in the Aboriginal community.

so none moved anywhere you utter peanut
more indigenous australians play RL then any other sport in this country .......

the First indigenous australian to captain Australia in any sport was Arthur Beetson in Rugby League

there are 250K indigenous australians
so a bit more then 1% of the population

so to have 3 in our national league team ... nearly 25%
is proof undisputed that there is no sport in this country where our indigenous population are more fairly treated .. & their skill & ability more respected

the racist ... whitest .. sport in Australia .. AFL has a long way to go .. to catch up

And how many of these pretend Natives that play NRL are full blood? NONE! Most of them have more whitey in their veins so don't count. In the AFL however the majority of our Native players are full blood!
