TLPG's a ******* moron, but he said that there were 250 odd teams playing AFL in New South Wales!!! Where's that number of teams in your stupid game in that "other half" of the country, hey?
We pull the crowds that you DREAM of! Just ******* admit it instead of being the delusional ******* I called you for when I started this thread!
Never
the Reds will return in 2013.............

More wishful thinking from Cloud Cuckoo Land!! 15,371 a sell out? They played at a suburban ground! Try playing at Paterson's Stadium and see where that gets your stupid game!!

History ... what would you know about History
the Western Reds & .. the Adelaide Rams both no worse really at the gate then the Storm have had without the success
the Reds averaged 10,230 from 1995 to 1998 in the 4 years they played
the Rams 10,839 from 1997 to 1998 in the 2 they played
they were never given a chance not because they failed in relative terms .. but because of the Super League War
its the only reason they folded ... news owned them both & closed them both down as part of the peace deal in 1998
won't be like that this time round ... Perth have backing up the ying yang & a market at least the size of the Storms is there
the Reds will be about mid table for support amongst all NRL clubs in 2013
unlike the basket cases the AFL are setting up
the Suns ,even allowing for the AFL & Suns blowing their trumpets about their artifical success WILL still be the least supported club in the AFL
their support will start to drop off in 2012 & keep doing that til they start being successful which will be a long time coming even with AFL $$
but they'll be a monster compared to the next AFL expansion club
GWS will be lucky to average half what the suns have in year 1
they will be at levels not seen since the swans in the early 90's & the Brisbane bears about the same time

15K turned up in a monsoon ... fair dinkum you could barely stand up the winds were that strong .. the rain that heavy
22K tickets were sold though .. to the ground where the Reds will play in 2013
Patterson stadium ... why would we play at that oversized dilapidated hole thats about to be bulldozed down
we require a rectangle stadium not a half acre where you're 40m from the sidelines
we'd of got more then 22K if we had played there but the experience would have been appalling
yes .. My Games on a roll from one side of Australia ... to the other

If they were as successful as you suggest, News Ltd would have maintained their investment rather than start up the basket case off the field that is the Melbourne Storm.

politics
the ARL demanded Perth go .. for their traiterous decsison to side with news after the ARL allowed them in ... in 1995
News chose to let Adelaide go .. I dunno they must of thought Melbourne was a better option ... & in the long run it will prove to a be a master stroke
We'll have sides in all mainland capitals by 2018 I'd say
Perth in 2013 & Adelaide in 2018
in a 20 team comp .. which will be wonderful .. because according to the AFL you only have to have a side in all capitals to be a national sport

Don't fucking lie! How could they sell 22K's worth of tic when the venue only holds 20K?? You don't need a rectangular stadium! You need some fucking guts!! Paterson's won't be bulldozed just like Waverley wasn't. If you lot were so confident of a big crowd, you'd have played at Paterson's!!

I used to put this same question to TLPG
when will you tire of being wrong
its capacity is 22K has been for a year since an upgrade
this was the crowd for the Force V Crusaders
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2011_Austr ... ode_crowds
22,000 Western Force 30 Crusaders 42
this was the number of tickets sold to the NRL game as well
& the NRL & Souths weren't expecting a sellout .. they may do just what you've suggested for 2012 .. & play it at pattersons
30K plus for next years fixture

It's 20K you bullshit artist! They added temp seats for that Force game because of the support for the Crusaders through the quake!!

To tell you the truth it's becoming a bit of a worry when a onion has to remember to swear. I had him/her pegged as a 15 year old maybe he is becoming forgetful and is actually 85 years old

No insult onion just an observation. The name calling is becoming a bit thin as is the disguised swearing. If you want to be taken seriously in here start putting together a well thought out post instead of all the mindless one liners that show your ignorance.

MarkZZZ, comon now. You're setting the poor little knob jockey up for failure.
First start easy with him.
Onions please try and provide us with a post that that means just a little bit more than a grog bog.
*fingers crossed*
