Penrith is the NRL version of Fitzroy. Tick tock tick tock.......
Oh I don't know about that! The NRL seem to thrive on such low numbers.

GWS in the AFL will eventually see Penrith and Parramatta merge. Give it 5 years, trust me on this. Crowds of 5k are not sustainable in any league. Even the A-League gets bigger crowds.

GWS already have more paid up members than either Penrith or Parramatta. That's of course before a game has even been played too. Like I said, unsustainable.

Well to be honest, Beau, West Sydney are playing in the NEAFL this year. But yes, paid up memberships count - and big time!

Penrith and Parra have never had a great number of members yet they seem to be quite sustainable clubs. Haven't seen anything suggesting otherwise for a long time.
Cant see your prediction coming true Beaussie

Wrong. They will pull the same numbers as the Suns will - unless the NRL raise the salary cap. If the NRL don't, Penrith and Parramatta WILL merge because they'll have lost their best players to West Sydney!! Folau will only be the first.

The Suns have an average attendance ABOVE 20K and are yet to have a crowd below 10K. THOSE are the numbers I'm talking about.

Learn to read - if you can.

You can't draw any pictures. Maybe I should withdraw my vote for Village Idiot. It was KE. It should be you. No idea. None.

Oh IIRC didn't the Titans play finals in their first season? That would fudge the figures.
