I think we must have picked the same DS, did you back the Warriors? That was my only winner apart from the Dragons

I'm in a few different tipping comps, best I got last weekend was 4, worst was 1, but I noticed the average generally was about 3, across different comps.
In one comp where I got 4, I had been 1 behind the leaders after the first round, thought I would have dropped, turns out I'm now sharing the lead! That's so weird.
Have a friend who's in one of the same comps, and usually we pick pretty close to each other's tips ...last week the only one we had the same was Cowboys at home, and that was a dud!
Hard to pick early in the season ... hope it's not that bad this weekend. Might get it worked out better before State of Origin starts, but then it'll probably be best to tip exactly the opposite of what I think is gonna happen in the NRL, if previous years are any guide. A couple of years ago I was leading a tipping comp by 5 games to my nearest rival when State of Origin came around, by the end of the SOO series, I was 5 games behind the leader.
Oh well, guess I should keep a pin handy, or a Ouija board or something.

The comp is going pretty good there beaussie, 2 points seperate 7th to 19th..
Junior, Byron and rosize hold up the pointy end of the ladder in the NRL..
The competition is building nicely. Keep the closeness going tippers..

Yes, the NRL competition certainly is close. Well done to all tippers thus far. =D>

It's lucky for me that I just read the rules, because I didn't know that you had to have ten posts to be able to claim a prize.
That's number three. :D

How about a tipping comp for the A-League,too?

I second Brizdaz's request. I know it's not as popular as AFL and NRL, but their seasons are ending soon.
