So two NRL semi finals gave us a huge 42k with one being a heavily discounted local derby. The AFL had 89k last week with no local derbies.
Meanwhile 43k watched the dockers tonight, the second biggest dockers crowd at subiaco ever. That's a total of 128k for the round.

I was surprised they posted 19k, looked more like 15k to me but oh well

One of the largest Sydney NRL clubs vs another Sydney NRL club in a prelim final and they barely scrape 45k......oh dear.

What happened Dave? You were claiming this would get 60k!

Couldn't even get to 45k, lol! I knew the nRL was struggling, but I didn't know things were this bad for them. Sums up a shocking year for the code.

Biggest average crowd on Brisbane: nrl

Since when are Souths and the Roosters massive clubs?
They may have been 50 years ago, but others have overtaken them since then.
Idiots in the media and their stupid followers ^^^^^^^^^^^^ love to run something down without having a look at the real picture.
And the real picture is simple, the popular teams are playing like shit and the less fancied teams are winning, not bloody hard to work out, is it?
Derp!
