They're counted and reported separately so there is no real way the AFL games can make the top 20 metro + regional ladder because they split the regional markets into separate areas and don't add them together.

Found any home and away NRL Friday game rating over 1-5b yet?

None so far, next Friday night wii be close and a few weeks after that we might give 3m a nudge....again
So you can't find ANY fn home and away NRL games, which are targeted to your two heartland cities, that exceed 1.5b? :-k

Not for the NRL no. The AFL doesn't target two heartland cities with Live games on FN!

Both Melbourne & Adelaide, heartland cities, were both live .

If your talking about back to back matches , its something the AFL couldn't do not unless CH 7 was prepared to wear midnight ratings.

If you have a point, I don't know What it is - do you?

and its been proven ad nausim .. it means nothing anyway

we have games that go to both of our heartland capitals at the same time on Fridays
&

they wipe the floor with the biggest VFL games there are nationally .. even with foxtels numbers
a nothing argument

Fact: Friday was targeted to one city but achieved ratings of 1208k total without fta regionals!

Tasmania and regional WA alone rate at about 125k, as shown in this thread. Add regional Vic/NSW/QLD and its well above any combined H&A FN live NRL game ever!

Oh and cut the "spin" bs. Show me a reasonable argument against these coments!

Really it gets more embarrassing by the week for our northern friends.Their whole game is based around the T.V. and still they are being flogged. The fixture is completely controlled by the network to the point where channel 9 is compromising the whole competition by refusing to play any other QLD club but the broncos. But this has to happen because it is the only revenue stream that they have. That and the pokies which it seems will be eventually regulated so these pillars of the communities can stop reaming there less than wealthy western suburbs supporter base. The real difference between league and aussie rules is the true love AFL fans have for their clubs. We become members,we go to games and we give when they ask.The most the average league supporter does for his club is to turn on the T.V. Collingwood last year turned over 95,000,000 on their own, has 75000 members and had the third highest home attendance IN THE WORLD.When you weigh up those simple facts as well as the ratings domination it is obvious AFL is the premier competition in this country.

Hello! McFly!!! #-o FMD!

You've added 150k when the Tasmania and WA regionals alone are 125k!

Try FTA/Foxtel 1208k + TAS/WA regionals of 125k + Vic/NSW/QLD of 200-250k = a lot more than the NRL's biggest two FN live games last year!

This is despite the AFL being targeted to one city, delayed to Perth, and averaged over 2

AFL, all over the NRL's best! =D>

ah you stupid puddy! Which part exactly do you disagree with?

You RL supporters are just holding up the white flag! If you disagree with facts presented then present a counter-argument. Don't just cry "spin, spin", or "you're on drugs".

Thats just mindlessly conceding the argument!
