that basically was due to finals matchups. The home and away average is more relevant. This year its down nearly 10%

The last 2 years have seen a decrease in NRL home and away attendance, yet it is even more dire this year. After 9 rounds last year the NRL averaged 17143, then of course the arse falls out of crowds during origin. However, after the first 9 rounds this year the NRL average only 15604, with origin still to come! Care to explain how this translates to a code on the move? Did you mean moving backwards??
Meanwhile the AFL are up in crowds compared to the same time last year, which just happened to be their second year of crowd growth in a row.

They rose last year u stupid ch.u.n.t as has been explained many times in many threads
Do try n keep up fucktard

not the home and away crowds. And this year has dropped substantially
overall crowds went up
& this years will too

You are the one who isn't 'keeping up', Raider.
After Round 9 in 2014, the NRL crowd average was 16,996.
After Round 9 this year, the crowd have rage is only 15,845.
Each game has 1,151 fewer than last year.

Falling crowd numbers makes it increasingly harder to convince the government to build new stadiums.
At least the NRL's crowd figures are still better in NSW than A-League's.

actually, you lying *****, the NRL after 9 rounds averaged 17,511 in 2013, and 17143 in 2014. So it was only down by about 2%. This year its a dismal 15604.75, almost 1,900 a game down on 2013.
Youre over 1/3rd of your way into the season, so thats pretty dire

Maybe when the NRL stops helping the teams in Sydney with no support instead of ignoring the popular teams for a fucking decade they might just get so.ewhere. over the biased NRL looking after the broke unsupported teams while everyone watches the popular teams continually struggle on the pitch for another fucking decade. Nearly ready to walk away from the game. Btw. I will not switch codes just watch other stuff I like. Fix it NRL instead of keeping the likes of manly the roosters and the like up top. They have never had support and never fucking will they are snobs teams you morons.

Goes for the likes of the storm too. Sink or swim. My team has come last more than all the other clubs left in the NRL combined. Yet they have never ever needed nor asked for a handout. What's that tell you nrl . fix it you dumb morons.
