You get more money from the network , fair enough. Your game gives the broadcaster more adds and more broadcast hours. If you had to rely on ratings you would up shitters ditch.Gone wrote: Sat Sep 03, 2022 7:37 pmFascinating how you guys spin context when you want. I mean if we trot out hours watched, then the AFL is by FAR the most watched professional sport in the country, but then that doesnt suit your narrative. Only the raw numbers do.Terry wrote: Sat Sep 03, 2022 6:13 pm
Sure thing bummy. But of course when you break down the numbers proportionately to respective broadcast lengths, and advertisement time availability, RL is easily the most valuable sport on Australian TV.
You know this but your raging bias and fumble fever will preclude you from ever admitting it. Such is the life of the fumble bubble dwelling zealot.
You can break it down to bring whatever result you want to manufacture so you can sleep easier. Whatever way you spin it - Overall Rugby League is not being paid the most of any Australian sport, even with Origin, Rep Fixtures and NZ. It is thus not the most valuable. Thats the bottom line.
Another word salad of obfuscation bummy. Very typical stuff pal. Re ratings: when the ratings agencies change the way they deliver the numbers I will quote them as such. As it is now, you know and I know, RL is the most watched sport on Aust TV. No bleating or whining from you will change the official numbers. At the seasons end you will post the numbers proving this. Yep, YOU will prove my point for me. Thanks in advance bummy lololol!!Gone wrote: Sat Sep 03, 2022 7:37 pmFascinating how you guys spin context when you want. Sure. Youll take the raw numbers when it suits you. As it does here.Terry wrote: Sun Sep 04, 2022 11:41 amAnother word salad of obfuscation bummy. Very typical stuff pal. But it doesnt suit you here. On total the AFL get more. Thats the end of the story.Re value: Per minute RL is the most valuable sport in Australia. On totals fumbling gets more because they play for 30 mins longer and have many many more advertising opportunities due to the laughable scoring methods. This is what ya call FACTS bummy. Look the word up in the dictionary and give yaself and education.

How many would make the move? What percentage? It should have a big say going forward. The unwillingness of fans to go to the secondary channel would have a clear guide here.
