Is it because the regional areas around there are close to two major cities within two hours for many many many many people and a lot of these people move to the bush now because it is indeed cheaper to live and work/travel work, they have a better less stressful life and anything they need they can get in the towns they live and I do mean anything and you pay the same price or if you are smart, you find it cheaper. You defo never lived in the country, you know stuff all as some of our regional cities are half a million or more in population.
