The article says the minnowbourne Storm will receive the extra money over 6 years, so it's still current
On top of the extra millions already spent on them by the nrlol and newsltd

I'll get back to this later .
My understanding was that the NRL were guaranteeing funding IF the new owners couldn't fund the club themselves .
