you keep posting that, and every time it's wrong. No SOO, no international fixtures, means it isn't complete. Rep games indicate interest in RL. As does RLWC which is doing amazingly in the wales, ireland, england and france.
AFL is a club competition - if you want to compare the NRL (club competition) with AFL then AFL wins - if you want to compare NRL + ARL(SOO) + Rep matches - well thats hardly indicative that your number 1 - it means the same people are running in - so what does that prove that your more popular? No of course it doesn't , count total revenue, total memberships and attendances, sponsorships and club revenues you are second by a long way! I know you guys DONT like it this way because you come out behind but those are the facts!

ARL + rep matches :-k

ahhhhhhhh
ARL & rep matches are exactly the same you unbelievable flog :(/ :(/   :_<> :_<>

& I'd think the NRL ( the club comp by itself without the rep scene ) STILL whops the living poop outta the VFL

the Origin has been valued at 20 to 25 million per season for its 3 games
& the rest of it .. tests ( ANZAC & OCT test) etc another 5 million a season

so that's 125 Million out of our 1.3 Billion deal leaving 1.175 Million for the NRL club comp

lets see
NRL 1.175 Billion divided by the 5 years of the deal equals 235 Million a year
divide this by the number of hours it is telecast per year
201 games X 2 hrs ... that's 402 hours
broadcasters value the NRL at $584,577 an hour

now for the fumbles & bumbles
1.253 Billion divided by the 5 year deal equals 250.6 Million per year
divide this by the number of hours it is telecast per year
207 games X 3 hrs ... that's 621 hours

broadcasters value the VFL at $403,542 an hour
