Does Dementedave really think the Saturday afternoon time slot doesn't affect ratings? Tell me Mr. Demented, why is the nRL moving their grand final to night now? hmmmm.... sell outs.

yr average club ratings are barely any better then the NRL's.. that's with fudged pay ratings
our finals reamed yours
our GF will probably outrate yrs too
& we have our Origin that reams everything
when will you fumbling clowns get a grip on reality & accept the fact
yr code is numb 2
NUMB ....... 2 !!!
Oh dear, such delusion.
AFL is number 1 across the board. It may have the highest rating games in SOO but they also have the lowest rating games. This shows the real support level for both codes, and it's why the AFL is winning.

then why did NRL get a ~1.3 billion deal? People were projected below 1 billion like this joker:
http://www.theroar.com.au/2012/06/15/nr ... atch-afls/
He said 900million would be a major achievement yet, even though NRL games have less time for ads it equaled the AFL's deal.
and as dave has said. FIFTH how does it feel? not even on the podium....

Ch9 bought the NRLs soul and have controlled it since, much to the dismay of NRL fans. I mean youve got pathetic coverage for the fans, ch9 do as they please. The Broncos own Friday night and clubs like the raiders get few if any FTA games forcing fans to take on payTV. Who would have thought the NRL were so desperate. The AFL stood up to ch 7 and demanded they control their own scheduling.

Okay, AFL is 30th. I'm not counting any AFL finals games because they don't count in the real world.
