Xman? You and your half piped excuse for an argument have been well and truly toasted, hit the showers and show up with something better tmw ol bud.
Your entire point about the AFL partnering with a company with shady dealings was completely smashed when it was revealed the NRL do to and haven't even acted. In fact according to striker the NRL are so in bed with Nike they couldn't ditch them if they tried.
You sure wear hypocrisy well dont you?

The ball Xman, keep your eyes on the ball you unco doofus. It's the epicentre of the sport and the NRL were't stoopid enough to have this most symbolic aspect of their game tarnished. As for your nike argument, refer to pookus's comment earlier. MAny many many organisations are guilty of this association, worldwide. This i acknowledge, but the ball? That's where surely the line would've been drawn loooong ago. Not with the AFL and their suppliers it seems.

no, the players are the epicentre of the sport. The game can go on with a different type or make of ball. But these players are irreplaceable and always required for a game.
Give yourself an eye gouge.

No I think you'll find, if you watch closely, all the fans are mostly watching the ball and all those players are following, watching, chasing, desperate to get their hands on, the ball. The ball IS the epicentre of the sport, without a doubt. Sherrin...a household name in shame.

No, some watch the ball, but most watch the players attacking the ball. If a player kicks it to buddy in the goal square no one watches the ball. They watch buddy out position his opponent and mark the ball.

OH dear.
Players = a major component. Yes.
Ball = epicentre of the game, not the players you confused buffoon. They're spread out strategically all over the park rather than always at the epicentre of the action.
You cant kick the ball without the ...?
You cant make a handball without the...?
You cant kick a goal without the ...?
You cant make a tackle on a player who doesnt have the...?
To take a mark you gotta have your eyes on the ...?
Annnnd so on and so forth. Yes players are important and make an impact but they make little impact without the ...?

:D
KE Marngrook lesson to Xman number 1. Again, I wish I'd seen you play Xman, got any video footage?

Who handbills or kicks or scores with said ball?
Much of the game goes on without the ball. Tactics, bi play, tagging, blocking, vying for position....
Defeated, sorry pal..

Fact is the ball is the epicentre of the action, always was always will be. Not the "players" < note Xman's use of the plural.

Hmm, what is the epicentre of a tag? Or a block? Or a wrestle for position? Or a change in tactics?

The point on the Earth's surface directly above the focus of an earthquake.

Do I need to provide you with definitions of focal and activity? Remember my statement was the ball is the epicentre of the game.
Xman, you are a doofus.
