In my opinion Raiderdave and Beaussie got so caught up in the terms of bet they overlooked the terms of the punishment.

Where as you kept the terms the same but included one ambiguous term to either deceive or welch.

Yes Xman that's just your opinion. You have no clue whether I meant it or not and I'll tell you now I meant what i said in the second and final bet, "by round 12", meaning before round 12 begins. Whether or not this is ambiguous is now irrelevant as the bet has clearly been formed on ambiguous terms.

Indeed. KE used a different and ambiguous word but the same time point as the original bet, therefore giving himself a safety net. He should have made a specific point of this change but refused to for his own use. What a coward!
