Raiderdave that photo was before the start of the game. There was a huge line up outside for tickets that went well after the game had started.

I thought there would have been more than 13k to be honest. But hey attack the AFLs crowds to try and justify your poor crowds.

Let's relive the sequence of events that led to chickenDave's argument collapse:

1) Dave posts in the crowd forum, a list of crowds, stating "lets have a little look at where Vicky kicky sits against other codes ... crowds wise in 2013 in Sydney shall we." He provides a list of crowds larger than what the Swans have had, suggesting that larger crowds are indicative of larger support.

2) Drac points out that Union got a bigger crowd than SOO2, and Soccer a bigger crowd than SOO1. Asks if the same logic Dave applies to the AFL will be used against the nRL.

3) Dave screams "BUT, BUT, BUT TV RATINGS!!!" in a crowd forum.

Tickets for Manly's Monday night game vs Parra are $10 for adults, $5 for juniors, $7.50 for concession and $20 for families. Hopefully that means a bigger crowd.
post on LU.

Imagine if they still get a shite crowd!

I wonder how Raiderdave will explain these expensive prices?

Some more shocking nRL crowds tonight. 13k for two Sydney teams, and 16k for the Storm v Broncos, a fixture that used to regularly get over 20k to it.
