36000 plus member an impressive figure.
Many have often doubted the the viability of this team but membership figures don't lie.
Nobody ever claimed the figures are only for full memberships.
Doesn't matter, any type of membership is a bonus for a club in RL heartland.
The Giants have a range of memberships to suit, that's great marketing.
The Giants are slowly starting to win over new local Western Sydney and ACT fans

Canberra deserves its own team. The Giants need to keep working hard and focus on Western Sydney.

That's very sensible of you beatup. Well done pal. The Ginats shat on greater western Sydney when they left Blacktown to move to Homebush. When they started up I thought they were crazy/brave to base themselves at Blacky but I gave them kudos for doing so.
Unfortunately the precious little southern fumblers couldn't hack it out in the real west so they basically moved as close to the inner west as they possibly could. And I can tell ya........the people of the inner west have nothing in common with the good folk of the golden greater west. They look down their snivelling noses at 'em. Just like the Ginats do. They will never ever be popular out there.
