Re: Return of the Fudge?
I agree
I hate the fact that rL has gone down the participation numbers road .
I can see why they did that .
AFL used dodgy numbers for years ..so they just did the same .
It's hard to find REAL numbers .real registered players in regular weekend comps .
As they all spruik participation bullshit .

Re: Return of the Fudge?
I did put the aflq data up but it was laughed at because it come from aflq with it inferred that they make numbers up and therefore these would be too.

Australian sporting sponsorship
AFL excess of $50m
A league $30 million plus
ARU $27 million
NRLOL $25 million
Leagueiscrap

No surveys will be 100% exactAFLcrap1 wrote: Fri Oct 27, 2017 10:49 pmBut but but AFL is better .

But go with the common theme from all the surveys has AFL a long way ahead. The only survey that’s has the nrlll ahead is the nrlols own figures

Given the AFL has a much larger footprint across the country back it up as well

Re: Return of the Fudge?
It's pretty hard to "fudge" the figures when a stadium is full. The NRL need to shift their attention to filling stadiums. Current state doesn't look good at all. Empty stands equals empty sponsor coffers.

Re: Return of the Fudge?
We can put the nrlol participants numbers against any other lot of stats! That’s always a better laughpussycat wrote: Sat Nov 11, 2017 9:58 amPut up the Birchgrove oval figures again.
