even after David Smith and the other board members of the NRLOL and the accounting department did!
its a simple misunderstanding
so a whole department, plus several high profile board members, just signed off on the document just like that in an organisation generating several hundred million in revenue per year! "oh it was just a simple typo "

No one said it was a typo. The clubs have an agenda, and that agenda apparently included misinterpreting the media trumpeted surplus over the actual profit.

And if the NRL got their official annual report wrong, theres absolutely no reason to believe the AFL, ARU or anyone else with an annual report signed off by an official auditing proccess, could not be wrong either. Christ your a fuckwit.
