What a heap of shit.

If that is the case, why isn't every team in the country selling out.

Why isn't every EPL game sold out

What about NBA?

NFL?

Baseball

Cricket

Get off the drugs and stop putting unimaginable heights onto one sport and one sport only..

DH.

not every game has to sell out to be a success

i dont know what rate collingwood sells out its home games but 40k or whatever they get on average is good enough to be labelled a success. 15k in comparison not so much

same goes for teams in the epl. as a percentage of attendance vs capacity of their stadium they do a mighty fine job, indicative of their efforts over the years

and of course people are going to have higher standards and expectations for the eels vs wanderers. you guys have had 70 years to grow and get something going in what you call "rugby league heartland"

Why, aren't Parra averaging more than the soccer team even though they were double wooden spooners while the soccer mob were fighting for grand finals?

Hahahahahahaha, you fucking dumb idiot.

Parra smashes them on TV.

Parra has already had a bigger crowd at parra stadium this season than what the soccer club got all year.

Parra has played in front of over 50,000 this year after having two wooden spoons, the soccer club has never played in front of that many people, not even in their grand finals, yet they are bigger than the parramatta eels?

You sir, are a fucking moron.

Hey, didn't the west sydney soccer team when they first started have crowds as low as 4k after a few loses to begin with and then all of a sudden they got a few players and went on a winning streak that more or less is still going?

Hahahahaha, yet the eels win 2 games and their crowds average more straight away, fuck that must hurt all these soccer fans deep deep down, you know, knowing the truth :(/ :(/ :(/ :(/
Isn't Parra's average at parra stadium only 14k?

Parra got a crowd of 8,900 last year when they were double wooden spooners.
Doesn't this mean that Parramatta fans aren't real fans but fair weather fans??

FMD, just stop, please just stop.

How fucking dumb are you lot?

Tell me shithead, how can parra average massive crowds in a small fucking ground?

Tell me know all, how can they average massive crowds in a small ground?

What other city on the planet outside Melbourne and London has at least 8 fucking teams (does London have 8 teams averaging 15-17k a week?) in the one sport averaging 15-17k you numpty garden gnome moron?

Well then shit head, stfu and learn, Parra are but 1 club in Sydney, got it YET? ONE CLUB OUT OF 8, add all the numbers you ****** and only two, just two other cities get close or beat it maybe if you are lucky.

One sport is AFL in Mel, the other is RLO in Sydney, and maybe if you're lucky, London may scrap ion with soccer.

You can put shit on RL all you like moron, the fact remains, this shitheap club has crowds the MAJORITY of your Soccer clubs would kill for world wide, yet you think they're shit.

You are really dumb, and I can't get that across any more than just saying it, you're dumb.

sydney fc vs wsw sold out 3 times last season, 40k twice at allianz and 18k at pirtek

with the final derby being played during the nrl season, that game actually attracted more games than any sydney nrl games that weekend

the ffa have said if sydney fc meet wsw in the playoffs, they will move the stadium from either pirtek or allianz to ANZ, unfortunately sydney got knocked out early so it never eventuated but if it does happen this season i bet we could come close to selling out ANZ

only a small number of sydney based nrl teams average in that bracket.

there are still some like the sharks, manly, penrith, roosters, tigers etc that are still well below that

and uhm there are actually 13 pro teams in london, not 8, with 6 of them playing in the premier league + another 15 semi-pro clubs and their attendances are sure as hell a lot better than the NRL's, even the clubs in the second division(championship)

Don't forget the Bundesliga 52 clubs in Germany many of which in Berlin and has the highest average crowd attendances in the world - I hazard to guess that South America would have many professional leagues with a majority of clubs located in their main city - that's how leagues developed - pretty ignorant statement there Parra?

this again
having 70 years is not always an advantage
& having just 2 ( & 2 successful ones at that ) can be a great one

the Wanderers are yet to experience what Parramatta has over the last 2 seasons ( wooden spoons) & plenty of others over the last 70 ..... abject despair & frustration
years at the bottom of the ladder
& until they do
there can be no proper comparisons

when they do.... & they will
will they be as big as Parramatta have been through their lean trots

I'd doubt it
I'd doubt they will get within a bulls roar of the eels

& in reverse
when Parramatta win another title .... their first since 1986
the present Wanderers team will not be within a bulls roar for popularity of that eels side either

I'd doubt the Wanderers or Sydney FC would have as many fans Australia wide as any of those Sydney NRL clubs you've listed above
Certainly the Tigers
hell
