A pair of doofuses. You all think that miraculously gws will gel and be awesome just because they play another two seasons. I'm afraid just playing footy and getting smashed each week for five years straight isn't what makes a great club nor does it develop great players. The AFL fukked up bad in the devp of this team. The AFL expected bigger crowds and more success. They've failed on both counts. The AFL would've also expected larger tv audiences. Failed that one too. Ol izzy folou just didn't do it for em the marketing prowess and strategic vision of a nut sack. That's ur head honchos down at AFL hq

1) they aren't the worst team in history. There have been plenty worse throughout the game's history, and I'd actually go so far as to say there are worse teams CURRENTLY playing (Melbourne).

2) You think that GWS won't be a good team in a few years, I disagree. Time will tell. Last year people were questioning if the Suns had gone backwards, and now they're almost a regular team in the AFL. They're not an easy-beat, and they have beaten top-eight teams and given top-4 teams a scare on a number of occasions.

3) Brisbane aren't nearly as bad as their W/L would suggest.

given a few years in the system they will be more experience, bigger bodies players, winning a few more games.
