the suns wont count as a win in this bet beaussie. as the suns are official basketcases, they belong with the giants kids. The bulldogs will be an interesting match and if the bulldogs lose they may be worthy of induction into the basketcase league.

Not even close. All along you were saying by mid season or after rnd 12. Even after the bulldogs were finally agreed upon you still said r12, but because you didn't say ' after" you're claiming you changed the terms. What a joke.

Oh - and if you want to talk technics, you should include in the "season" (as a definition of the half way point) the finals! Another nine games which by numbers makes up another full round to make 24 rounds in the season. Which makes the half way point of the whole season AFTER Round 12!!

Mid season is mid season, not round 11. You never stated the terms had changed because you still referred to rnd12. Why would you refer to after round 12 in one comment and before round 12 in another, despite never using the term 'before' Surely you would keep the terms consistent and just say after round 11.

There is no way I would have bet that one of the bottom 5 teams would have beaten one of the top 13 teams twice after only 10 games!

So why not say 'after rnd 11' to avoid confusion? Why not highlight the change in terms.

Don't you think if you were changing the terms by an entire round that you shouldn't have used an ambiguous term like "by round 12", especially when you had used the same round to reference the end of the betting period prior??
