I already told you the stations share with each other coverage and I'm quite sure there are a lot of TV shows being shown on various channels in NZ that are filled with Aussie content, just like the today show aye.
TV money is TV money xman, Sky TV is part of Murdicks Foxsports who happen to share with ch9. Have a quick think about it.
ch9 pay the NRL money for the TV right in Australia. Channel 7 pay more for the AFL TV rights. I think we can see which is the most valuable product in Australia Parra. I'm sure even you and your multitude of learning disabilities can figure that one out.

Sure we can, the NRL got over a $billion just for 15 Australian NRL sides, I guess that shows who rules the roost.

now we have money per team.
So the NRL negotiated the best deal they could per TV minute, and per team, irrespective of the total amount and the quantity of coverage?
They therefore ended up with less, and a far worse FTA and foxtel deal.

It's not just for 15 nRL sides you twat. Add SoO, the international games, indigenous v all stars and the city v country games and you've got a lot more to offer... but still fell up short, despite selling out to the TV networks again. It's pretty clear that the AFL smacks your poor man's rugby right out of the water in every aspect. =D>

Just because no one else plays vFL at any level above club pub teams anywhere in the world doesn't mean you have to lower every one elses sports to your pathetic level.

4 posts in a row lol. Touch a nerve there did I Parra? As I said, the AFL still beats bogan rugby without having to sell out to TV. Imagine how much bigger our deal would be if we did what the nRL does and whore ourselves to the networks
Thankfully the rich AFL looks beyond a few extra short term $ though so the fans will benefit. =D>
