Shit yer Lilly arse yapping cwap1. Just acknowledge it's not easy to do what I've done two years running. But with knowledge of the massive divisionin the AFL I reckon anyone can pick the bottom six of the AFL prior to round 5 ;)

I know, the truth fukkin stings sometimes

Well what are they going to do about the NRL after 7 rounds we have 4 sides on 2 wins (with only 16 sides in the league it makes this look much worse than the AFL!) and out of finals contention and the Sharks on one win with September holidays now booked (I'm not going to say paid for they may have to all pick up part timers the way their going!). So what will the NRL do, here's a suggestion

Raiders, Knights and Sharks to the Holden cup, Warriors to go back to playing RU in NZ (most of their players are RU players who couldn't get a Super Rugby gig!) and Cowboys to Qld Cup - problem solved!
What a load of utter bullshit .

No team is out of contention .
You lie again.

Want to have a bet on any of those teams making the 8.

Loser leaves for 6 months ..
Come on step up & back up your bullshit.

So with round 2 now complete my basketcase league is beginning to take shape.

Melbs 30 --- WC 123    Yikes. I watched some of this match and it was like watching George foreman in his prime versus George foreman at the end of his comeback aged in his 50s  Seriously, the two teams were not, and should not be in, the same league. The crowd looked like it was about 3k and itd be interesting to see how many bothered to watch the farce on tv in Victoria...

Aside from this match our other basketcase league favourites are starting to do what they do best, lose and lose comfortably! With brissie, the bulldogs and suns all losing comfortably, and gws and stkilda, two absolutely shiiiiiiiiithouse sides, battling it out in a close game that was of lower standard than most or more likely all vfl games.

Notably the suns, seen by many of our AFL supporters as a team on the verge of finals footy, struggled to muster a meagre 39 points!

Yep its on again folks. The 2014 Basket Case League (BCL) is shaping up to be a ripper with melbs brassy gws suns bulldogs and stkilda all looking like definites to be locked in come end of round 4, the final date for BCL teams to claim their spot.

If anyone has any questions please feel free to ask me or BCL research and public relations officer, eelsofwest.

Bye for now.

KE - BCL CEO 2012-Present :afro:

I may have missed it but did you name the bc league after round 4 ?

Phelpsy my main identity revealer how you doing after you done all that time in lockdown for your sins bro? Care to give me and others an apology? I think itd be the honourable thing to do mate ;) and if I ever really really need dirt and inside info on anyone ill keep you in mind bro, but only for good rather than evil purposes and don't you go stuffin it up makin it all public like you do k?? ;) anyway slap that apology on me soon bro, k?

Ok keeping things on topic. So apparently you're seeking unwarranted info again in the above two posts phelpsy . Ironic I know but although xman himself showed interest in my 2014 basketcase league he's since locked the thread for the reason "no one is interested". Therefore im not at liberty to discuss this quarantined subject with you for fear of xmans wrath phelpsy. Sorry, sucks don't it. Hopefully he'll come to and just reopen the thread. There's seriously nothing wrong with it and its completely within forum guidelines. Such a strange "no ones interested" precedent could cause real problems.

Ok ahem cough cough so as I was saying when the fukk are you gunna apologise for publicly sharing members identifying details?

Phelpsy. :-$ shut it man or you'll get us both busted. I told you anything to do with b case league is now only discussed in tfs shady underground. Xman aka the fuzz is tryin to stamp out all evidence of it as he knows it makes the AFL stink to high hell. I've warned you once phelpsy I won't be stickin my neck out to help yo dumb arse again ok.

Scour the files late at night. Do some reading and you'll see how things panned out last year. It was a wonderful time and as tge number of pages in this thread highlights a theme, along with the lopsided nature of the league in general, which the members of tfc took more interest in than almost anything else.

Phelpsy if you wanna talk about the b case league in public I suggest you pm Xman and ask him to reopen the official 2014 because league thread. K?

Now scram dude!

I've done it two years running champ, Barr port Adelaide ;)

It's not that hard to know who's gunna be at the bottom of the AFL before the comp starts these days, such is the massive chasm in quality between the sides. Rl on the other hand? It's nigh on impossible to know the bottom 6 prior to season start. I mean look at parra so far this season :D

But but but ,2014 is an even comp,
even though the AFL is not happy about how UNEVEN it is.

They're worried about financial parity primarily, not on field performance
