there will never be a full capacity crowd there because the cricketers club & gabba club, similar to the MCC and medallion club at etihad. people pay big money pay for membership for those exclusive clubs. pre purchased seats
something the NRL doesn't have, because the public interest factor is zero to stuff all

wait for the new stadium to be built,its going to be around the 60 to 65k mark
people pay 75 dollars a year to go on a 8 year waiting list to become an eagles member and the dockers are now full up and have a waiting list for theirs
