Well I don't know if we can take a general positive out of it. I mean look at everyone except for Hughes and Smith in the top order! They should be better than that! Agar was a gem, no doubt. He won't be batting 11 again, that's for sure. Shame he fell two short of the ton.

After belting the poms & beating the Sarfies on their own grounds we can hopefully get settled again for another decade of supremacy,we will still have to struggle to beat the Indians away from home and against Pakistan we will have to play a notch above our current strength,I only hope we dont overrate ourselves as I think we are still the WORST Australian side for over 50 years and there is tons of room for improvements............GOOD LUCK BOOF YOUR A GEM.
