Is Roos Being too Harsh on Nick Davis?

Post by Beaussie »

Latest news is that Roos thinks Davis is not ready to return to the seniors and there is continuing talk of trades at seasons end. Sure Nick did speak to the media after being told to keep his mouth shut, but surely he isn't in the same league as Akermanis who was only dropped for one week.

Watching last weeks game against the Eagles I couldn't help but think that when Simon Phillips was lining up for goal and ultimately missed, would Davis have missed in the same circumstances?

Personally I think Roos is being too harsh. Thoughts?

Its a tough one beaussie and hard to comment on without being on the inside. Obviously davis, roos and the swans need to sort it out themselves. A bit disappointing but from last nights performance I'm not too worried.

Fingers crossed that Nick is named tonight. Surely after 3 weeks out he is ready to return to the seniors.
