Goodnight and Goodbye Swans!

Post by crocodileman »

What a capitulation last night against the Eagles - 32 points up at half time and then they kick only 1 more goal for the night!!

The hilarious thing was trying to see the Swans with seven goals at the start of the last quarter trying to protect an 8 point lead instead of trying to attack and kick goals.

Was it just me or were they missing Beaussie's dream man - Nick Davis?? Was he injured?

Oops, that's right - he was omitted by Roos! :x

Now that may have been one major blunder!!

Clearly the Swans' year is over and the crowds at the SCG (and on TV) will give Willis more ammunition to discredit you and the Swans!

I saw the umpires as having an influence on the gaem aswell as the eagles coming out and having a very solid 3rd quarter. Last night I dont think the swans really did try and protect their lead like they have in the past. A big difference for me was the way the swans went about getting loose ball in the second half. Basically they didn't keep the same intencity.

All in all a tough loss but they still have shown they can play brilliant footy. Swans still a good chance for the flag in my book.

Oh and I saw the lionesses got up with a win eh croc? Over the roos eh? By how many  . And I also noticed that fat old no hoper Voss wasnt playing, guess that was the difference in the end.

Anyway congrats on the 'big' win croc it seems to have given you some confidence as you havent posted in these parts for some weeks.

Voss not playing? Funny.

Whilst not being at the game I did listen to the call and not only did Voss play, he collected 11 touches in the last quarter for a game high of 28 touches and was judged best on ground!!!!!

Clearly you are Beaussie's cousin - lies come easily to you KE!

That fucking umpire Scott McLaren and his fucking mates must be on the Eagles payroll. 36 frees to the Eagles and 16 to the Swans. Fucking disgraceful.

Umpires are killing the game.

Beaussie - I appreciate your frustration at the lop-sided penalty count, however after recent embarassing events I would hope you'd get your facts correct before making a further fool of yourself.

The penalty count was 35 - 18 and not 36 - 16 as you claim!

Just check the match stats if you doubt it. A small difference I accept, but still more evidence of your attempted manipulation of information to swing an argument in your favour.

You really are the boy who cried wolf - no-one believes you any more!!! :D

36-18 or 36-16 is still fucking disgraceful. A few of those free were right in front of goal for the Eagles too and resulted in goals. Considering the final score even you would appreciate the fact the Swans were robbed by the umpires.

I'd be more than happy for Roos or the club to come out attacking the standard of umpiring this week. A $10,000 fine would be worth it to expose these dogs.
