Can the Lions make the 8?
A thrashing in round 1 and yes they won in round 2, but it was hardly anything spectacular. Will they scrap into the 8 this season? Too many old legs in the team if you ask me.

Beaussie finally you are starting to see the light. I said all this last season plenty of times and noone believed me.
My prediction for the lions this season is 12th. They'll scrap a few ugly wins at home but wont travel well as their old players get tired when they head on the road. Their legs are all a year older and jonothan brown is a year fatter. Leigh Matthews' liver is about to cark it, in fact i saw him on t.v during the swans essendon match on the nod in the grandstands! True story.
In other predictions I see croc losing a small fortune to beaussie again this season in swans lions matches. This will again probably result in his woman starting up her phone sexline called "Angry Screaming Sex Starved Whorebags"
Yes its going to be another sad season for the lions and their supporters.

Looking at some of your predictions last season in old threads about the Lions, unlike you KE, many of us were way off the mark in predicting the Lions would make the top 8 and even top 4.
Will be interesting to see how the Lions go against the Saints on Thursday night. My tip is the Saints will win easily.
