Taking that into consideration. It should be 190 Qld 75 nt and 34 griffith total 299 k

take WA off that diary map and it leaves just 950k.
400k of those come from a region known as CE. - made up of places like Central Qld and townships like Singeton , Gunneda, Musswellbrook, Tamworth etc. - rugby league strongholds.
Others maybe 50/50.
Some 25%
and some may even be 0 ... But there towns with 50k population.
Less people may play the game, but that's because its a far more physically demanding sport and far more skillful. Fewer adults are capable of playing the game.
It does'nt seem to stop them viewing the game though
