That includes both games? When the pay tv ratings are added the AFL's one game will smash both NRL games. It wasn't just any 2 games either, $onny v his old team and the QLD derby.

Whats funny is Seven put Most AFL games into Perth on the secondary, but if Perth could pull 170k on a regular basis then the AFL would surely be back on the main channel in no time.

Whats funny is Seven put Most AFL games into Perth on the secondary, but if Perth could pull 170k on a regular basis then the AFL would surely be back on the main channel in no time.

Its got nothing to do with how the AFL rates you imba! the AFL always rates well in Perth

Its got everything to do with the insistence of Perth AFL fans for live footy on Friday night, and not a game on two hour delay! you know, just like you make excuses for the NRLs game at 9.30which is 2 hour delayed and rates like crap.

There is no way ch7 would show the AFL on ch7 at 5.30 instead of the news. Ch9 won't do it for cricket or any other sport either. Therefore the only way to show live footy in Perth is on 7 mate.
